No uploading images just for use of avtart, unless u have permision from an admin!!!!
The problem you where having has to do with the host u where using and not this site. Your host most likey dose not allow for imgs to be linked from other sites.

I have a (serious) problem, every time i select a picture for my avatar, hosted by freewebs.com(r), it shows up for about a minute then gets "bumped" off, it just doesnt stay. I made sure that it was under 6kb, 100x100 and all, yet it still doesnt stay!?!? The only pictures im able to set are pictures from other sites, and i want to use my own picture as my avatar. Ive tried everything and now im kinda geting frusrtated! HELP! here is the picture i want to upload [EDIT=Compwiz] i think i might have fixed the problem, but please tell me for sure[/EDIT] |

This is what I use for all my images. Regardless of weather they are for avatars or not. http://photobucket.com . It's free. |
