University of Toronto would be the closest and they seem to offer a course based masters in Applied Computing: http://www.sgs.utoronto.ca/prospectivestudents/Pages/Programs/Computer-Science.aspx Is there any reason you want a non thesis option? The thesis option is more work but it gives you more options when you graduate should you want to continue in academia. |
