Thats some high quality service there. Note the last 20 hops time out. LOL (this was done in MSDOS witha program that does same thing as you did shorthair [tracert <location>] traces the number of hops, where they are, time, etc....) ![]() |

Owned by: OrgName: Global Net Access, LLC Address: 55 Marietta St, NW Address: Suite 1720 City: Atlanta StateProv: GA PostalCode: 30303 Country: US Reverse Ip Lookup gives: fatnetwork.net Fatnetwork's site lists all there network connections. And for them to be connected to MFN, the must either be located in the US, or in the UK Going back to Global Net Access, we see there site, it also lists its network connections, and if you follow there providers, and view there maps, you can also see that it must be located in the USA, because all its providers serve the US, only. Also viewing a simple tracert you notice that the third last hop is: atl10-edge1-pos7-0.atlas.algx.net Which says that its in ATLanta, which we already knew from above.... Its not possible for a server to get from atlanta, to a webserver stockholm in two hops. So Its safe to assume its in atlanta. |

Uh....where do you see anywhere that says it goes to BC? All I see is the last hop before the server says its in atlanta. "ATL", which I mentioned like 5 posts ago. |

Software like this, are they so useful anymore? Alot ppl, individual PC users, uses Rogers or Bell, if you do a trace on that wouldn't it just go to the Rogers IP or bell IP and you wouldn't find out where that person is anyway. |

But that will only have there name, phone number and stuff like that if you are checking up on a site witch they own and have there own domian name for. Also alot of poleop put fake info in there for encripted it so only the poleop they whont to let know will. When looking up some ones IP it ushely only gives you the info for there ISP witch is usehly loacted close to them. |

The shipping information eh? You going to be having you domain sent to you by mail? I dont even whont to know how that whould work ![]() It ask for info but there is nothing stoping you from puting fake info in. Also some domain resalers give u the option to encripted it so only you and them know what it says. |

is there a way to find out someone's ip that is on your messenger list using this or something else? |
Author: | Paul [ Sat Jun 05, 2004 9:20 pm ] |

There probably is... since your communicating with them and data comes and goes in between. I remeber a program, that you can send a rigged picture to the person ur talking to, then type in a command that will automatically log them out and send back their username and password. ANd if that is possible then there is probably a way of doing what ur asking, ask dan maybe lol. Or you can always create a fake site, using the coding in http://www.whatismyip.com and instead of saying "your ip is blah blah" make it something creative, and make them tell u the number... lol ![]() |
