Do I lose 5 bits if I delete my own post? I just read the wiki about losing 5 points if a post was deleted, but it didn't mention if the user would lose 5 points for deleting oneself's post. (is oneself a valid word?) |

For one thing, bits mean nothing. To answer your question, try it. |

You can get email and web hosting with bits, it's not much, but it's something! |

To answer your question, try it. I really want email forwarding, just to kinda like, y'know, show-off ![]() And yeah, hosting a website for free would be pretty cool, even if it was really limited ![]() Just deleted my post and copied and pasted this back again, I guess it doesn't, good thing ![]() |

Off topic, but oneself is a word, but not the way you're using it. You would use it basically the same way you would use the word "one" to refer to someone |

I did get the e-mail forwarding, not sure if it ever started to work though... But yeah it's another e-mail address to add to my collection, which I like. |

I had a compsci.ca e-mail many years ago, and one day it stopped working. Not sure if Tony/Dan deleted it, or what. ![]() |

Didn't do it. It's likely just not maintained. |

![]() Should I even bother with it then? Did it stop working a lot? No, never. I used to use it quite frequently alongside my gmail address. There was a period of a few months where it wasn't used though, which is likely why it stopped working after a while when I tried to use it again ![]() |

The e-mail stuff was broken when it was moved to a different server and may have never been fully fixed for some accounts. No one complained so I never got around to looking in to it. If any one has a CompSci.ca e-mail account/forwarding and it is not working, they can send me a PM or e-mail and I can look into it. |

Honestly can't even remember the webmail URL. It's been a while. |
