Say for eg. that i turn my turing file into an .exe , and i give it to my friend. does my friend need turing downloaded to execute the file? or can he execute the program without having turing at all? |

One shouldn't need Turing to run compiled programs. Keep in mind that if the program reads other files (such as images), those need to be distributed as well. |
