how do i create windows that will appear when the user inputs something incorrect like on the main menu if they enter choice 6 (it doesnt exist) |

Make your code pretty.
Turing's weird. If you initialize the variable when you declare it inside a procedure, it seems to calculate it at the beginning of the program and open up a new window. Break the two up into two lines, and your popup window should work as intended.
