Hello everyone I recently found a way that allowed me to run portable apps on school computers.(you can not just click the .exe its blocked) I would like to report this so my school can have this vulnerability fixed or looked after before someone else finds out about this and start doing much worse things than running google chrome. My question is who should I talk to about this would my school computer admn be able to fix this? |

Yes, your school's sysadmin would probably be in the best position to address this. Alternatively, your CS teacher would likely know whom to talk to about this. I don't think that I personally agree with crippling the machines even further (I'd really want my Chrome), but I guess that depends on the system setup and users. |

Portable apps are disabled at your school? @TDSB: EXE files are allowed...and many have portable apps (IE7 is just too bad ) on their home drive.... I do not agree with restricting it further....but if you must, the CS head at your school is probably the one to talk to. PS: Keep in mind that there always will be vulnerabilities... |
