Post subject:  Having a problem With changing a vertical line to Horizontal
What is it you are trying to achieve?
Write a program to plot a horizontal line of minus signs in any row of the window that you specify.


What is the problem you are having?
I am new at turing, so i am not sure how to complete it.

Describe what you have tried to solve this problem
umm asking people for help and messing it around.
