I'm currently in grade 12 right now, looking to apply within the next couple months to Queens, Western, Waterloo and Brock for Computer Science. The following were my Grade 11 marks, which i hear the universities will look at: English 86 Religion 84 Math 85 Media Arts 92 Comp Science 83 Comp Engineering 84 Biology 73 Chemistry 80 I am also enrolled in our schools SHSM program (Specialist High Skills Major) for Computer Science, and i hear it is fairly reputable. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as i have a couple questions about university as well!! |

You have a decent average and consistent marks, which is good. You probably have an above-average English mark (as compared to other CS applications), so that's a bonus. Your choice of Universities covers a wide spectrum of... difficulty of getting in. Brock's requirements are much more lenient than Waterloo's, for example. You should easily be accepted by one or more institutions from your list. Personally, I would suggest applying to a couple more Universities with requirements higher than Brook/Western. |
