Assembla can integrate with GitHub. Essentially you can use all of assembla's tools with GitHub as your repository. |

Looks mediocre AND expensive. I'm fine with GitHub and Light House. I use Invoice Machine for simple time-tracking and invoicing. If you need a more serious CRM/support tool there's Tender App or Get Satisfaction. |

They support opensource projects for free. Their ticketing system is comparible to that of Lighthouse. |

If you want to host your own programming project mangment system you might want to check out http://basieproject.org/ It's still in it's early stages of development (beta) but it's open source and python (with django) based. |
