Hi, All I have a question: what is this "admission average 92%" for example ... is it like GPA or is it position in class? Thanks |

no. it's your mark. For example, if you got a 90 in math, 90 in physics, 90 in Chem, and a 90 in DEnglish, you average would be 90. Your GPA is a very different measure. Just look at your report card to calculate it. |

Thanks. I am doing masters at NY university. And want to go for Phd to Canada ... So in my transcript I have only GPA. maximum possible is 4.0. I have 3.85 ... grade scale is: A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+ ... etc strait B is GPA 3.0 Could you possibly drop a hint how do I convert |

3.85 is either B+ or A-, is that what you mean? |

It is average: Fall semester I had A, A, A- : GPA was 3.9 Spring semester I had A, A-, A- : GPA was 3.8 And for whole year it is 3.85 |
