Yes, Turing though wouldn't normally load a Turing program. Maybe a Turing Module but if you wish to then check out the sys command. Not sure about that sys thing but look for something like that here http://compsci.ca/holtsoft/doc |

Depends on what you are referring to, by "turing program". Possibly include or Sys.Exec |
