What, specifically, are you having a problem with? If you're looking for someone to help by writing your program, you're out of luck - we don't do that here.

The assignment specifically states (in multiple places!) that you should start with a plan. It then goes on to actually suggest the design for classes and methods to implement.

Quite difficult, flags and drawing is easy. Alright, I'll try it. And post back with questions.

How should I draw the dominos?Do I position them perfectly using 2 dice 'glued' together with exact x and y coordinates using draw line and draw oval, or is there an easier way? They have to be able to be discarded and put on the table though.

I don't get why CS students expect other people will want to do their projects. You don't see people looking on the Internet for someone to do any other class' FSE

Actually, for english essays, you do, but that's really beside the point, because it's stupid then too.
