C++ is a language, you cannot get it. If you are looking for a compiler for C++ I recommend GCC on linux, and Visual Studio with Visual C++ on Windows. |

Yes , I know it's a language. I should have rephrased it. I was looking for a compiler, and I will go with visual c++ |

I still suggest GCC on Windows. It's a nice standard tool to get used to. And no disturbingly complex IDE to get in the way. See mingw.org. |

You can download a new free version from the internet that is called c++ version 6. This vesion can deal easily with xp and vista but be careful of computer virus. or you can try download it from a trusted store for computers. |
