I'm here fairly frequently. At home I frequently browse through all the new posts. I'm on the site during my spare too, though just briefly. |

I usually try and check at a bare minimum 3 times a day (as being a moderator I kind of need to be checking on posts). This means after the 3 peak posting times: early morning, lunch, and early - late evening. Usually I check it more often than that however. |

About 3 times a day. I would set it to my homepage, but I'd rather keep it at Google because Google loads a lot quicker than bigger websites like this or MSN.com. |

haha i'll try, it might be a stretch working compsci into scheduling research for wireless mesh networks, but i could always go off on a tangent in the middle, everyone only reads the intro and conclusion anyways  |

Hi, I juss started. I want to learn how to program using turing because i have com programming next semester and i want to be ready 4 it. So i hope this will help me so i can sit back in class without actually having to study hard. I am pretty nubi right now. I havent coded much so Im really hyped to see if compsi can help me. |

I am pretty nubi right now. I havent coded much so Im really hyped to see if compsi can help me.First, this is the wrong place to say hi. Do that in the 'hello world' board. Second, It's great that you want to get a head start, though you'll still have to study (unless you're just good at this). CS involves everything from adding in binary to programming games. Third, ask your future teacher what language you'll be programming in. Then come back and look through the appropriate forums (likely Turing, VB, or Java). Fourth, Welcome to Compsci! |

I seem to check this site about once or twice a day when I'm not busy or out of town. I find it useful to see where others go wrong and see how they are corrected. I mostly lurk through everything except the turing section. |
