Because Dan, that is 11 times as much cholesterohl we're supposed to have, in a 200 g container. However, I could see a reason to eat this. Believe it or not, there are people whom /have/ to go on fatty diets, because of various factors, blood disease, etc. One of my exes was one of those people, skinny as can be, but could eat like a lumberjack.
