Good Meeting guys, you made my stay in toronto a worth-while experience. Good company and conversation, you know who you are. I suggest more meetings in the future, with more members of the site.

Waterloo get-togethers are usually a blast. I'm all for having more such events.

This fall I'll be back in Toronto, for the remainder of the year, so if enough people are interested I could take part in organizing some events for us.

What did you guys discuss? Programming or just random talk?

You should go hang out with the Massey kids (and Mr. McKenzie).

Hopefully I'll be at school in Waterloo in 2-3 years, so if any of you guys still go/live there by then, I might drop by!

Aziz- Not every friend has to be a programmer. Only one of mine is. Lol, I suppose you were kidding?

Yeah, but sometimes it's nice to get together with a bunch of fellow CSers and geek out, talking about Life, the Universe, and everything Wink

Nothing wrong with geeking out. I myself have just one friend that's a programmer and most of my friend don't even know what the hell programming is.

I'll be in Guelph, starting in September until next June. I'll then be in Mississauga / Toronto until I move away Razz

I'm open for any meetings or such.

Most of my friends are huge nerds. But I always hate being left out :<

I mostly meant people from the site. And besides, hang out with HIGHSCHOOLERS? I don't think so Wink

Life, the universe, and everything? I swear that's a book in a series that starts well but goes steadily downhill. A soul-destroying film was made about the first book in the series, it I remember correctly. Sorry for the O/T.

insectoid, if you had any respect for the actual series, you would see that the movie, although it doesnt follow true to the book exactly, is still Douglas Adams through and through. I disagree wholeheartedly with your wild misinformation and bad taste. Wink

A quote from the movie, as I recall. It makes a lot more sense in context.

It's okay. Really, all I have to do is yell for Saad and he'll do my bitch work. Then the n00bs get angry at him.

It's great fun isn't it? And on that topic... I think we'll move this to offtopic, as this is getting a bit too spammy for GD.
