Hey people, I've found a few blogs from the people in the compsci.ca community and enjoy browsing them when I get a change. To make it easier to find them I thought it would be kinda cool to have a thread with a link to everyone's blog posted in it, so post away so I can come read them  |

well you must know the compsci.ca blog then there is azizz's blog and mackie's blog Dan has a blog too, but ill let him post that one, im not too sure of the url, and since i have it on RSS, i dont feel like digging it up. |

Sweet  appreciate'd. The plural of my last name is awkward. Usually I'll spell it Aziz' or sometimes Aziz's.
I didn't know about mackie or pauls though *adds to RSS*. Also, a it's worth noting that compsci.ca/blog is mostly Tony's work, but theres some other writers, too, including Clayton. |

No. I don't think so. And yes, while compsci.ca/blog is 95% written by myself, there are contributions by Brandon, Clayton, Geoff "Cervantes", Paul, and Prof. Ragde. I'm always accepting contributions from community members, so if anyone is interested in publishing a guest post (under your own name, obviously) -- send me a PM for details. |

I wouldn't mind writing for the blog. I just don't have anything to post, really. I sure could come up with some things to write about so if you've got a request for a guest post let me know, Tony. Perhaps a weekly guest column? |

I wouldn't mind writing a guest blog now that school's out. I've always wanted to write a blog. Don't got any ideas but the only one I've thought about is the high school curriculum for CS and it's problems (a lot of my thoughts were already expressed in my topic) but that might be best left to you to write. Wouldn't mind writing a guest blog too though  |

You've got two options for your own blog: Get some webhosting, either through a service or even host your own on a home server and install blog software like Wordpress. -OR- Sign up for the many free blog services out there, like blogger.com. |

I'll vouch for Zeroth's blog. It's updated a few times a week that I noticed and pretty interesting .
Maybe someone should put a Blogs page up on the wiki (not that anyone really looks at the wiki, but what the heck). |

So far everyone mentioned in this thread has been added. Go ahead, publish a new post -- you'll show up on the page. I'll be adding more member blogs as they become available. The requirement is that one needs to be an active community member, and have a personal blog. I reserve the executive right to edit the list of published feeds, as I see fit. |

ehh... it appears that I'm having some caching issues... somewhere. It still work. Sometimes. I took our RSS fetching cache and it seems to have stopped going to the block of code that horribly broke things. Though I see some weird behaviour about the most recent item... |

Alright, I think I've solved the caching issue with an ugly ugly hack of "if feed is missing, try to get it a second time" call. I also have finally gotten the author information to be carried through. Zeroth -- quit posting as "admin" The feed now also comes with a summary of keywords for each article, as determined by Yahoo. |
