In case you guys didn't know, Gr. 12 prank week was last week (for my school at least). This is the time when the graduating class does things they usually wouldn't do because the can't get punished for it (because they're graduating). Needless to say, some pretty radical things happen at this time. I thought it would be funny if somepeople shared their prank week experiences (if they have any) of this or past years. I guess I should do the first ones: On friday last week, some guy streaked through the cafeteria with a halloween mask and a bullhorn. Funny. Unoriginal. Last year, a group of gr. 12s put a helium-filled blow-up doll in the caffe. VERY funy, VERY original (I think...) Post away! |

Water balloons usually got thrown at people walking home. My friend put on a Bob mask (yes, from Reboot), and hid in a trash can which my other friends wheeled around and then he popped out and stuff. I wasn't there though. |

paintballing, egging mailbox tipping stealing the school mascot getting people that don't exist called to the ofice arranging everyone in a class to skip at once. bringing animals to school is a clasic - anything that messes the computers up is fun - putting porn in the library - just recently someone got a penis branded on their ass . the posibilities are endless |

You're school is messed up. Also, the forum is PG13, and I don't know how the admins'll take to that, so I'd edit your post and change it (you know what word I mean). |

Wow petree...your school IS messed up...A fireman branded on his behind? The whole first bit is rather good, though smashing/egging/paintballing mailboxes isn't exactly 'prank week' specific, it isn't even related to school...Unless you smashing/egging/paintballing the principle's mailbox specifically. |

On prank week, we all go to class and pretend to be good students. |

Destroying things is not a prank - it's criminal. If I caught anyone doing that I'd definitely be leveling charges against them. We didn't pull many pranks in highschool - challenging authority was more our thing. We drove our principal crazy finding technicalities. University though... Let's see... The best one was when one girl went out to a bar with friends - we moved all of the furniture in her room to the common room and all the furniture in the common room to her room. When she came back (wasted) we convinced her that her room had always been the common room. Then she went out for a smoke and we moved everything back. When she came back from the smoke we pretended like it didn't happen - she thought she was going nuts ![]() We also filled residence rooms up with balloons, and drew on the faces of people who had way too much to drink and passed out in other people's rooms. Oh, and at the end of our exams we had a huge party with music as loud as we could find (during quiet hours); apparently we prevented a whole lot of engineers from getting a good night's sleep for their morning exam. Not really a prank, but lots of fun ![]() |

We studied our asses off and prayed we scored well on diplomas. Just kidding, I haven't graduated yet but I didn't see anything interesting either. |

Well, today there was a geniuos plan made to sucessfully pull off a lame prank. Step 1. Start a rumour that someone is going to throw water ballons full of piss and worms in the cafe, to attract cops. Step 2. Start a fight down the road to distract the cops. Step 3. get part of the group to throw some ballons so that the cops think it's over, relax their watch. Step 4. Everyone throws all the ballons (there were a lot of them) at the same time. Step 5. Run away (unsucessful). Now, I don't know if all of this was part of the plan (The fight might of been luck, and there are always rumours), but it sure worked like one! Unfortunately, the principle responded by pulling the fire alarm and having everyone's bags checked on the way back inside, to catch any more prank material. So I had to stand out in the cold. There was also a mouse set loose, but that was so insignificant... |

This isn't really anything, but yesterday, while studying for an exam in the guidance office, my friend and I decided to walk through a hall connecting the main office to the administration's offices, which had a clear "No Students Beyond This Point" sign. So, after mustering some courage, we walked past all those rooms with the secretaries looking at us, not knowing what to think. Someone called to us as we opened the front door, but were gone before they could apprehend us. I personally ran my ass away as soon as I could. Yes, I am minimalist when it comes to excitement. |

At my highschool... several years back, during grad prank week, there is one common event. The girls kidnap the guys, and dress them up... as girls. Then, all the guys are taken to the fraser highway(Highway Number 1), and we all show off the goodies, get cars to honk at us. Then, we show up at school, and run through the hallways(classes have started by now, mind you), yelling as loud as we can. In addition to that, there are some quite clever pranks pulled off. For example, a car was put over a flagpole, so it looked like the flagpole had gone up through the car.(Thanks construction workers nearby!) My year, someone somehow put a chemical into the front foyer waterfall(it was an artistic school, named after Robert Bateman), that turned the water into bubblegum pink, and after awhile, turned to shocking pink bubbles, flowing everywhere across the front foyer. Big mess, was hilarious. Not quite a prank, but hilarious nevertheless, is something one of my co-sci teachers did this year at university. Across the hallway is this one class during ours, where the teacher's mic keeps squealing. Every. Day. Without. Fail. Very annoying. Finally, after a really long squeal, my teacher opens the door, leans out, and barks and howls like a dog. He closes the door quickly, gives us a sheepish grin, and tells us thats what his dog would have done. The rest of the class, we're trying to keep ourselves from laughing, as the teacher across the hallway yells at her students. Every five minutes, our teacher would stop and chuckle to himself. Craziest thing I ever saw. |

some guy walked through the grade 9 drama class wearing a pink spandex suit, they didn't say anything which added to the humor |
