Well, there is wtd's "Translations from Turing," which may help a little. But I suggest you buy a book, it will be much better than any online tutorials you can find. Accelerated C++, Deitel C++: How to Program and Beginning C++ Game Programming are all very good books to learn from. Here's something that can start you off with C++ programming: http://parabellumgames.wordpress.com/2007/07/14/where-to-start-c-programming/ |

The magical way to get anything you want in the world that can be digitalized is to search it and the word "torrent" together on google. ![]() In fact, I think I'll try that right now. |

I recommend the book C++ From the Ground Up, i found it to be a great book, its for people who have had no experience in programming and wish to learn C++. Also I wouldn't recommend online tutorials as some of them teach you how to do C Style coding vs C++. On another note since you only have a Turing background I recommend learning Haskell. I started learning it and its a really great language. |

![]() In fact, I think I'll try that right now. Very true. I know that "torrent" thing. And no problem for helping. ![]() |
