Homer, to be honest it was probably more expensive than it was worth but it helped me get familiar with c++ (ie. it's really good for newbs)

lol it's far more advanced than that, first off the teachers are either UofT graduates with a CompSci Major (there while the search for work) or have been in the field for a long time. Essentially what it's good for is learning the ins and outs of C++ so you can feel confortable with it (procedures, structures, classes, pointers, OpenGL, DirectX, etc.) and by the end of the course have something you can even put into your portfolio. |
