I have made a pong program for my final assignement but for some reason sometimes the paddles get "stuck". i attached it and any help would be appreciated. Note: its not completely done yet Edit:oops got some floopy disk problems right now |

You mean stuck on the edges of the screen? I had the same problem. It's because the paddle can still move left when its touching the left side. Just disable the ability to keep moving, that solves it. |

oh and when you're setting the boundrys, you probably had =maxx or =0, you should instead have >=maxx and<=0 |

no thats not the problem. the ball itself is perfectly ok its just that somethimes the paddles work and other times they don't. try downloading it and see for yourself. |

i know, the paddle thing, when you set the boundrys, like ur paddle is not supposed to go off the screen rite? |

the paddle stays on the screen alrite its just that sometimes one works and the other doesn't. |
