well it depends how old you are. my friends and i were thinking about montreal to because the alcohol age there is lower but thats about it. if your not yet over 18 than new york sounds great. lots of cool things to see and do. a europe trip would be awsome, but costly.

Backpacking across Europe 2 summers ago was freakin' amazing. Staying in those Youth Hostels makes it feel all the more authentic. Something I would want to do again, if I had the time/money!

backpacking through Europe is something I want to do before I hit 20-something and grow pass the 'student discount' rates Confused

Last February (I think) I went to Cuba with my buddy for the reading week. It was kind of difficult to get any actual reading done (people would come up to me, telling me to stop). Though the drinking age is determined by your height, and if you're over the counter or not.

Sun, pool, the other pool (billiards), and all you can drink drinks. It was an amazing week.

Europe would be sweet, but there are a lot of cool places in Canada; The badlands, the rockies, Newfoundland - really the maritimes in general; all lots of fun.

Montreal just sucks. Definitely not "the time of your life", just an interesting week at best.

?Eh? That's the point I'm making. 3 days is way too little for even the most timid of places in Europe. Ah, communicational breakdowns...

Me thinks Delos' brain is getting a bit overburdened... Wink

The only "3" in this post is that he's going with 3 other people, he said it's going to be "over a week long".

Europe really requires three weeks to even begin to see properly; you might be able to manage *some* of england in two weeks. Unless there is something specific you want to go see there really isn't much point in going so far; you'll only wish you had been able to stay longer.

There have been no Hellenic stealth edits to that post. I found it as confusing as you seem to. Except for that moment when I found it to be absolutely hilarious.

"Hellenic" that's an awesome word eh? But yeah, dictionaries are rather funny. They had the annual huge Poster sale at MAC today and I saw a poster with the Bunny Suicides on it! I was *so* going to get it, but then I realized I was late for class and still had to grad some lunch...perhaps tomorrow.

What?! You can always re-take a course if you need to, but what if you never see that poster again? Prioritize, damnit!

Around here there are poster sales about once a month, and they always have really bad posters.

Were it another class, perhaps...but this happened to be my tutorial and my students would run down the stream screaming in fear if I didn't show! Perhaps it will still be there tomorrow...Laughing.
