Are you trying to download it on a school computer if you are you cant try a different computer.

If you read the comments above, it seems that problems with Vista is a common issue.

The error message likely means that there is something missing from the environment (your system), or Turing simply couldn’t find what it was looking for. There should be a panic.log file — you can try making sense of it, or post it on the forums and see if anyone else has a better insight.

Alternatively, you could run Turing through Windows XP or Wine.

How do you install turing 4.1.1. on windows vista?
Or can it be installed on windows vista, if not then is there a version of turing that can be put on vista?
I tried to install it and there was an error, and it says:
“the enviroment has experience an unexpected error.
this error is caused by a bug in the enviroment and it is not your fault.”
Also what is that mean?
can you answer my questions soon as possible,

You have to go to the forums, and ask there. Don't forget to post the details -- include the generated log file. There might be something missing from your system.

i use windows xp pro
i dled it unzipped it
double click turing n there’s
environmental error that it snot my fault what do i have to do?

Considering that the official support has been discontinued (and the company has stopped their operations), it is highly unlikely for Turing to change. Ever.

One possible solution is virtualization — install Windows XP on a virtual machine (such as VM Ware), and run Turing through that.
