Popdown menus

What is an easy way for creating a popdown menu navigation bar in Dreamweaver CS4?

I tried the "Image tools" -> "Navigation Bar"  but that only gives me the navigation (without the popdown).

BTW The navigation bar is made up of pictures.

PS.  A solutions for all browsers would be nice.  :vi:

I want to make the navigation bar in Dreamweaver so that it will display on all web browsers.

Please note that I have no experience in CSS or Javascript so the noob way please :D .

First link comes with a non-free Dreamweaver plug-in (never used so look elsewhere for ratings)

But make sure they follow the TOU:

BTW is there any that can also create submenus of submenus?

I found some but they all require to link back to their website when the bar is used.
