i was on msn the whole day today... but jonos is always away (although he did come onto compsci.ca and posted messages 2 hrs ago it seems) and never replied my pm nor my IM... i couldnt do anything about it... |

The problem with me and chess is that I'm not patient enough to look at all the pieces and see their possible moves, I just make sure the place I move to is free of danger and then move it there - usually at the expence of a piece in the vicinity of the past moved piece though. Maybe I will take the next game slower. I've lost every single game I've ever played on Yahoo! so I don't think I will beat Bugzpodder.

Now the only ppl in the first round who arn't finished are jonos and bugz, since jonos admitted his weakness in chess, I will declare bugz the winner of that match IF the match isn't done by WEDNESDAY. |

chess is simple reall..
just look at all the possiable moves your opponent can make and you ccan make, then look at the moves opponent** can make after making your move and hmm ya |

unless your opponent has been playing for 34 years and thinks like 10 turns ahead of you, and u don't see the "mate in 6" until he says so, and THEN u still can't see it...
That was the person I was facing the other day...
I didn't have a chance... |
