important announcement, please read:
everyone who i forgot, and who many deem helpful (not a person who joined today and has only asked someone to make them a prog), will be automatically in the second round, along with everyone who got a vote. the voting will close tomorrow when i get around to it, then a mod can lock it and we can start round 2...
