It's a little hard to judge what a person like you is just from the fact that you graduated with a B.Comm and haven't found a job yet . But anyway, any program is feasible for anybody as long as you put in the right amount of effort. But since, as you said, you don't know much about programming, I recommend that you to some research on it (I guess this was step 1). I wouldn't go into a CPA or CS program in college or university without having at least *some* interest in programming. So you should figure out if programming is something that you *like* to do. A couple of ways that you could do this:
a. Do some online programming tutorials (you might have to download and install some "IDE" like Eclipse or Visual Studio). Maybe get a book too, like Beginning Java (or whatever language).
b. Maybe you could take a course (night?) in something like Java programming. That might help you to know if you are going to like programming.
Some people just aren't into programming, despite the number of available jobs and their decent salaries. But if you think that you really like it, then a 3 year college program is surely do-able. Especially since you have shown that you can complete a 4 year degree already.
