Do the words Pink Floyd mean nothing to you? |

Not everyone has every freakin' band memorized, or really is a fan syntax_error. Doesn't mean you need to get snarky. While it is sad someone has died, some people... unfortunately won't care. |

Zeroth, the thing about sarcastic comments is that, tone is a key factor, sadly on the internet tone is subjective to what one wants the tone to sound like, granted at sometimes more then others. It wasn't meant to be a snarky comment simply a POI. I am positive my comment wasn't out of irritation.
Also, I am utterly aware of the fact people simply don't memorize band members and such; just some names in any field are predominant and well known. Especially when there works have made and continue to make a difference in matters no limited to one strand. A thought nothing else.
Isn't it amusing you ask others to limit there 'snarky-ness'; nonetheless, your comment is nothing shy of utter sarcastic remarks? Interesting no?
I think so =] |

the thing about sarcasm is that you shouldn't be using it in the same thread that is saying someone "died", and saying that isn't the best way to pay your respects.
Pink Floyd means nothing to me, and I am not being sarcastic. But it's just like Noam Chomsky probably means nothing to you.
I finally did find the guy on Google (he got dambiguated by an author) |
