the blanks are supposed to be there, so u have to tweak your program so that it works.

And yes, all the test files there are the official.

hmm.... So do i get zero if i didn't account for the blanks? There is no mention of blanks in the problem.

if you are asking if any of the answers to the test files are 0's, its a no.

Post your code and I'll help u out.
But before u do that, make sure u DID take the spaces into account (include it in your code)

FindingPi was asking if he gets 0/75 because he didn't handle the additional blank lines. Consequently, none of the test files work.

Wow a 66 to get to stage 2.. I haven't checked but isn't that the highest cutoff ever? Usually its in the 50s no?

Yeah. Troy says on the second page that this is definitely a higher average than normal. I also read in an e-mail that he had a difficult time picking the top 20. You will notice about 24 people were invited this year which is also unusual.
