this is an odd problem i encounted while using some images i made in photoshop...ok, after importing these pictures into flash i broke them down so i could use them in a shape tween, to scale them so they get larger, and it works fine, except that when the image gets larger the picture itself does not get larger, just the area it is supposed to fill during the tween, the area is a pattern of the image used. Does anyone know how to disable this? Thanks.

sorry for the delay

first of all, you should only use shape tweens in rare circumstances with flash generated vector images. never ever use it otherwise. it makes problems.

now, what you should do is this:

1) turn your picture into a symbol (graphic)
2) resize it without disassembling it
3) motion tween it

that should solve your problem
