I do not think that it is my fault. I think that it is a conspiracy against the flames.
This is Martin Gelinas' (the eliminator) shot in the third period of game 6. It was not even closely reviewed at the time, and was not counted.
EDIT: my picture got screwed up somehow, ill fix it when i get on my other computer
Also on monday's coach's corner don cherry discussed a play by a tampa player which lead to the OT goal in game 6. A calgary player had posession of the puck and was skating out of the zone along the boards, and a tampa player had fallen and was lying perpindicular to the boards. He saw the calgary player comming and stuck his legs out at the last moment, tripping the calgary player and causing him to lose the puck. The tampa defenceman picked it up and shot it, and scored. I dont like to see any missed penalty calls, which there were a lot of, but there is no question that during overtime of a critical game, there can be no leniency. |

Lol, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a conspiracy, after all, they do want to sell more tickets. |

I imagine the cup will come to canada soon, because every member of the team (not just players) gets the cup for 1 day, and so many of them are canadian so I am sure some of them will bring it home.. but as for a canadian team winning the cup, I predict it will happen within 3 years. |
