Opening Turing And Environmental Crashes

What is it you are trying to achieve?
I just installed turing 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, but I can't seem to open them.


What is the problem you are having?
Opening the zip file was fine, but whenever I try to open the turing program, nothing happens. I extracted turing and tried to open it that way. Only a pop up window saying that there is an environment crash caused by some bug showed up.
