my screen is weird... i could set it to 1024X768 but it goes out of the LCD view range.... it doesnt resize for the screen size or anything, so i'm stuck at 800X600...

Can't you move your mouse arrow key to the edge, to get the screen to move over?

Thats what happens on my laptop when I set anything >800x600.
You just move the touchpad over to the edge of the screen...and the view moves.
