Current desktop. Pretty simple actually. I ditched compiz because it just too too much in the way of resourcesw, and it didn't play well with video or games.

What are some good tools that you guys used to modify XP like that? I use transformation packs, but I have no idea what you need to make those.

Get the UXTheme patcher, then go to deviant art and get some themes.
wtd, why don't you like the rest of the theme?

You just run it. Double click. It does everything automatically. If you're worried that it will screw something up, don't be. I've used it, and you can see how it has allowed me to pretty up my desktop.
