Swing Look And Feel

With the new JDK 5.0  there are new looks and feels, but how do i use them? all i kno is the DefaultLookAndFeel, but how do i get the Mac OS look and feel for example?

u have to be on a mac first... then refer to the SWING -- The Basics tutorial... and likewise load the system look and feel

Ya, my bad for thinking that I could use that look and feel on a Windows system.  What about those on www.javootoo.com ?  If i downloaded those how would i use them?
