wierd problem in 3ds max

I opened the materials panel but wanted it out of the way so I dragged it down to the bottom of the screen. I must have dragged it too far because now I can't see it at all and I can't bring it up onto the screen. I've tried clicking the materials button and nothing happens. I've closed the program and everything but nothing seems to work.  Help please?

I haven't used 3DSMAX in a long time o.O but in the windows menu (im guessign... looking at PSCS2) isn't there a palce to 'reset' panels or whatever?

If you can - increase your screen's resolution. You should be able to see the escaped window afterwords. I think :think:
