I NEED HELP WITH THE ENEMY PLANE FOR MY PLANE FIGHTING GAME

so i have a procedure that make a enemy fly from random x spot down to the middle of the screen, now i need help to make it so that there is continous amount of enemy flying down, any suggestions? i did heard from my friend that u will need arrays for this, is so, then plz help me as to how to start this array thingy.... thx alot
