need help on a game

hey guys, im making a target shooter game where you click on targets that randomly pop up and it shoots arrows at them. i have no idea how to do this. can anyone help me with the code or direct me to a similar code?

First off, check out the Tutorials section on the following topcis (check the walkthrough for quick links):

- all things Pic. for your picture needs
- Mouse. stuff so you can click and be heard
- procedures and functions, since they're your best friends

I recall a number of such programmes around here, but most were Apps not Source.
