Pretty good.  One thing you may want to change.  It's good how you're learning to use buttons and whatnot, but it's better (for gameplay purposes) to keep the game as simple as this to one output.  What I mean is stick with the keyboard or the mouse, don't flop back and forth.
Other than that, fix the -bet, and use Font.Draw, pics, and other shtuff like that for you're next version (if you're gunho about it)

EDIT: Well, to day's your lucky day scooter, I screwed up and gave you the 60 I had left  :P .  So scratch out that +5.

Its pretty good, but you should try to add soem graphics to make it more interesting.
