You're not loading anything. The only thing your program would be loading is (would be) the custom flag, and you would have to wait untill after the loading bar to draw the thing anyways. The only time you should put a loading bar/screen is when you are actually loading something. Ex. files or pictures. When you put them into your program, the program slows down before there are fully imported, so they are, loading. You put a loading sign before that, so the user knows that the program is actually loading, not wasting their time. :?
