It could be the difference in the system used. Otherwise it could be either a firewall blocking some ports or something of the sort necessary to play the game. Lastly and most probably, it could be your internet connection or computer hardware. Solutions 1. I have no clue 2. Check the FAQ for something like "ports" "blocking" "router" "firewall" and unblock the neccessary things. 3. Internet - get a better internet? In all seriousness, I don't know. I'd never have much trouble getting ~80ms connections on my not-so-impressive DSL line. buttseXBOX players can't. It may not be the only difference, but it is a huge difference. If a buttseXBOX player is in a game with a PC player, and the PC player hops into a Banshee and starts flying around, how would the XBOX player react? "Ooh! Microsoft, I love you!"? The Radeon 9200 series of cards doesn't support pixel shader 2.0, which is why you blink when you cloak.
