Print Screen button on your keyboard, it'll save your screen to the clipboard, open up paint/photoshop and go to edit-> paste and u're done.

or you can let the program do it for you  :D 

Pic.New(0,0,maxx,maxy)

then save as bitmap and you got yourself a screenshot.
