submission wont work (maximum quota)

i tried to submit a program in the submissions section, but it tells me that iv exedded my maximum quota. how can i solve this problem, or is it not solvable?

It means that you have already uploaded too much too your attachbox.  You can "solve" this by either asking mods (politely  :) ) to add more space to it, or by deleting some of your old, unused files.  I think there is a topic somewhere for people to post if they need more room for projects or something.

Oops, read in such a rush that I missed the "nvm".  Sorry bout that.
