Mac Turing Code!?!?

does anyone know if there is an equivalent code of: 
setscreen ("offscreenonly")  and View.Update  
for macs. if not. wat can i use inplace of those 2 on a mac??

I've wanted to know.... what's the difference between mac and normal.... i think it's mostly the same

Well, I have used both those commands on a MAC OS, and they seem to work fine.  You can try the abreiviations of them..
