Mortal Kombat (fighting game)

Hi, I am creating a fighting game, and am almost done. I still have to incorporate the jump. There are many glitches in the game however. I was hoping if you guys can point some things out, give me some feedback, and any suggestions. Thanks!

umm well... u can add a replay button.. that can help
maybe change the buttons cos they're damn hard to play with
the block glitches up... 
kinda lame.... how like a few hits kill the guy... all u need is like 5 fire balls : :(
