What the hell are sticky keys!!! and how do i turn them off!

help

i pressed shift for a couple of seconds and something pooped up and now shift wont turn off!!! what do i do to turn it off! i tried it again but it just failed miserably 

how can i fix it 

ahh its nuts ( im using caps lock for lower case< only way to do it )

help me

Try holding shift down for 11 seconds (I think it was). That'll bring up the Sticky Keys dialog again. At least, it should. I haven't used Windows in a while, but I remember the Sticky Keys issue a bit :P
