Photoshop: DIffernt outline aorund text

really simple and stupid question:
In photoshop how to I get the outline of the text ot be black, and the inside to be white. (in PSP it is easy to set the foreground and background colours)

Create white text, then open up the layer blending options of the layer by double clicking on it and add a black stroke.
