Of course, this requires that those teaching computer science put a very strong emphasis on the difference between a language, and the libraries used with it, even if those libraries are standard. ----------------------------------- MR-D Fri Nov 26, 2004 2:27 pm ----------------------------------- The guide is a great way to get comfortable using JAVA without having a deep understanding of objects and classes.... It does require HOLT software's Console class. You can buy it along with a really user-friendly IDE for about 25 bucks. I highly recommend it.
