PV works for me, It shouldn't really be that _visually_ different. Probably mostly bug-fixes, etc. That and the one-page ad they took-up for tomorrow's New York Time's paper. :P I'll see if I can get a hold of a copy and scan it tomorrow.

I'm excited :D Hopefully there'll be an upgrade package so that you don't have to remove your current version... do new Firefox releases have that, usually?

The problem for me mainly with the PR version was the extensions I wanted didn't work, but looking over the list of 1.0 compatible extensions it seems pretty good.

It's called not using Windows. I should have manually saved some conf files before removing the package from Synaptic, but it's too late for that now. Again, not a big deal.

The Linux version HAS no "Delete Foler" option, dodge ;)

Firefox was built using the HyperGeneration technology, so it only shows up when you blink.

Yeah. That, and only on Thursdays. Unless it's a prime number year, then it works on Wednesdays too. :?

Woah!! I just learned the coolest thing :shock: If you double-click on an empty part of the tab bar, it'll create a new, blank tab!! Awesome :D I never noticed that until about 10 seconds ago.

EDIT: Crap! Didn't notice that I had the last post in here... even though it had been only a few minutes ago ;_; Eek. Sorry, guys. Erase one of them, if you want ^ ^;;

I realize this. However I had become used to the google bar. As well, it has some other features like 'up a directory' and other stuff that I found interesting.

I just noticed that they put one up on the mozilla update site the other day.

speaking of that site, did anyone else have problems with extensions that wouldn't install beacause "this extension only works with versions 0.9-0.1 of firefox" even though they were labeled as being compatible qith version 1.0?

maybe 1.0 PR, not 1.0.
